Marlies Booster Club

I just want to say congratulations to Jay Harrison and his wife Jodean on having their first child, thats why Jay hasn't played the past two games. So once again, congratulations on behalf of all of the Booster Club Jay & Jodean!

EDIT: I've just recently found out they had a baby girl, so once again congratulations Jay & Jodean!

Simon did report to the Marlies... a day late. yesterday was an off day tho.

Simon Gamache was placed on waivers today... he has 24 hours, if he clears he's back with the Marlies tommorrow...

Gamache has cleared Waivers! Also with this, Simon has made indications he may not report to the Marlies. If he does not report the Leafs have to decide to keep him up or he can be suspened by the team and sign in Europe like Tony Salmelainen.

Just want the people to know that the Marlie Bowling has been canceled and will be tentatively rescheduled sometime in February...

The pre game was posted before the news came down, Staffan Has been send down... Cashman is the probebly one to Draw in the 6th spot on D.

Toronto Marlies vs Hamilton Bulldogs

Marlies Ally will not be open this weekend and the sunday skate is cancelled due to anouther event at Ricoh.

Tony Salmelainen has left the team, been suspened by the team and has signed in Russia.

Defenceman Patrick Weller and Forward Tyler Doig have been called up from the Columbia Inferno.

Few Interconferance notes:

Detriot has re-called Jimy Howard Grand Rapids will be going with the sub par duo of Adam Berkhole and Logan Koopmans. This could be a few weeks/months.

Marlies lose in SO to Hartford Wolf Pack

Starting Line-ups

Kris Newbury, Darryl Boyce, Jeremy Williams, Anton Stralman, Jay Harrison and Justin Pogge

Wolf Pack:

The leafs have recalled the services of Forward Jyri Tlusty, and defenceman Staffan Kronwall.

Both will join the club for their road trip to Pittsburgh.

With these and the call up earlier this week of Anton Stralman, this will open up some spots for some of the young players that have been sitting so far this year. Check out the game report for Saturday's game against Hamilton.

p.s. Anton Stralman is not on the Marlies site or on the Leafs site, as of this afternoon. Not sure if he might be coming back down, stay tuned.
